Start with the number of homes, streets or voters you genuinely plan to reach, then allow a sensible margin for volunteer packs, replacements and events.
Plan the distribution
Map the area and decide whether the leaflet is for a full door drop, a ward-by-ward release or a smaller targeted campaign. A quantity should reflect a distribution plan, not a guess.
Balance quantity and timing
Larger quantities can reduce the unit cost, but only order what can be distributed while the message is current. Confirm production and delivery timing before committing to a deadline.
