1. Who is responsible for your information

Before live trading, the legal entity name and registered business address for Election Printing must be completed in the website’s business settings and displayed consistently on invoices, checkout and this policy. If a data protection officer is appointed, their contact details will also be added here.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, account details, billing and delivery address, order and quote details, communications with us, uploaded artwork and related notes. We also collect limited technical information needed to run and secure the site, such as device, browser and cookie-preference information. We do not receive or store your full card details. Payments are handled by the configured payment provider.

3. How we use your information and our lawful bases

A documented retention schedule with specific periods must be finalised in the business settings before launch. We will review retained information periodically rather than keeping it indefinitely.
