Allow time for production and delivery
The dispatch date shown on a product is based on the service selected and working days. It is an estimate to help you plan, rather than a promise of an arrival time.
Artwork-dependent orders need approved artwork before production can begin. If changes are needed, the expected dispatch date may move while the revised file is reviewed.
For a large, unusual or time-sensitive campaign requirement, ask for a quote before ordering. We can confirm the practical production and delivery arrangement for that job.

Is delivery included?
Standard UK delivery is included in the price shown for available products. If an order needs a non-standard delivery arrangement, we will make that clear before work begins.
What does the dispatch date mean?
It is the date we expect your completed order to leave production. It is not a guaranteed arrival date, as transit time begins after dispatch.
When does production start?
Production starts once payment is confirmed and, where required, your artwork is supplied and approved. The product page shows the production service you have selected.
Can I split an order between addresses?
